Children come first

Every coach, volunteer and official is expected to create a safe, respectful environment for children and young people.

Report a concern

If a child is in immediate danger, contact the emergency services. For a club welfare concern, use the contact page and ask for the designated safeguarding lead. Do not include confidential case details in a general message.

Privacy and consent

Medical, safeguarding and family information is restricted by role. Photos are published only through the club’s consent-controlled process.

1. Choose who is joining

Register a junior player, parent or guardian, coach, volunteer or other club member using accurate contact details.

2. Complete consent and welfare details

Parents and guardians should provide current emergency, medical and media-consent information. Sensitive information is not displayed publicly.

3. Club approval

A club administrator checks the application and approves the correct team and account links before private access is granted.
